Get your iPad ready for technical support

To service your iPad according to its current coverage, we can see you at any of our stores, on a walk-in basis or with a reservation.

Before you bring in your iPad

Complete the steps you can.

2
Turn off Apple Cash: go to Settings, scroll down, tap Wallet & Apple Pay and turn off Apple Cash.
3
Remove your cards and passes from Apple Wallet: open Wallet, select a card or pass, tap More › Card Details (or Pass Details) and then Remove Card (or Remove Pass).
4
Turn off Find My: go to Settings › your name › Find My, tap “Find My iPad” and turn it off.* If you can't do it from the iPad, go to the Find My app or iCloud.com/find, select the iPad, tap Remove This Device and follow the instructions.

* To prevent someone else from getting service for your device without your knowledge, Apple may not be able to repair it if Find My is not turned off. If you don't remember your Apple Account or password, go to iForgot.

iPads are not repaired with individual parts. Through us, Apple offers device replacement: you hand in your defective iPad and, by paying the difference, an identical or better one is ordered for you (depending on inventory). The price depends on capacity and connectivity (Wi-Fi or Cellular), which is why we show a «from» price. The device must come in for diagnosis (RD$1,300) and stay a minimum of 1 to 2 business days.

Approximate prices for informational purposes, ITBIS included, updated as of September 29, 2026. Subject to change without notice based on availability and exchange rate. «Quote» means it is quoted on request; «—» means it does not apply to that model.
